♥ Coconut Shrimp...October 29, 2013
Recently, I saw that Seah's Spices is doing some promotion on a dessert call "Creamy Corn Coconut Dessert". Friends that really know me, knows that I'm not a dessert fan, but since it's on promotion; I figured, what the heck!
According to to the cooking instructions at the back, I've got to buy a can of evaporated milk and a cream corn. OR I can make Honeydew dessert.
Ever wonder how does Cream Corn taste like?
Here's some recipe which may interest you!

Seems like Cream corn is to be served as a side rather than a dessert, so let me try turning this dessert to something else! The classic appetiser- Coconut shrimp! Here are some googled images...

They're mostly battered with fried with coconut shreds, otherwise, they look like covered in curry and served with rice. I mean, are you serious? Coconut shrimp shouldn't they be this simple? Just coconut and shrimp?
Here's a look at my interpretation!
1. Mix up the powder with bout 3 bowls of water. Just make sure it's nice and thick.
2. Boil a little to release the creamy coconut milk taste
3. Deep fry the skins using cupcake mould. Make sure they're nice and thick to withstand the cream!
4. Top the cups with boils shrimps and some salt
5. Drizzle the mix onto the shrimps and you're done!
