Life is always like a sea wave.
It's either up or down, stress or relax.
I'm a person that definitely dont know how to handle stress.
After that stress period, the sun seem to have shone once again.
When I was depressed, someone told me "i have to smile once again so as not to let the sun down"

I will remember this sentence forever. Because I have to have the determination to handle all negative things.
Never be afraid to face them and never give up!
If depressed, face it! Find out the actual reason and solve it!
If stress, do stress therapy, management. Go for lessons!
Sometimes not doing something will kill urself.

I seem to be repeating this stuffs again and again.
I seem to not be able to learn.
But at least, I've won another battle.
I'm sure when the sun rise tomorrow, he will not be disappointed.
